What happens if my Financial Planner is away on holiday?

I check emails while on holiday and respond to urgent matters. I also delegate urgent tasks to a member of the team.

What do you charge for a financial plan?

I charge a minimum fee of £750 for investment cases and £1,000 for pension cases. This is waived if the plan is implemented and, in this case, our fees are 3% for funds under management (FUM) of under £100k, 2% for between £100k and £250k, and 1% for more than £250k. For large funds, I may be prepared to agree a capped Fixed Fee depending on the amount of work involved.

Do you take a percentage or are your fees fixed?

I take a percentage of the fees we manage on your behalf, but subject to minimum fixed fees. For large funds, I am happy to discuss and agree a Fixed Fee depending on the amount of work involved.

Do you get commission?

Commission is only received on arrangement of protection policies, which is determined by the provider and fully disclosed to you. I will always recommend the best product for you and am not influenced by commission level.

Do you charge VAT?

VAT is only charged when services are provided with no view to financial intermediation i.e. recommending a product.
